A WONDERFUL experience!

I appreciated the great location. A metro station was steps away. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape (I spent an afternoon lounging).

the location was good with easy transport links. the breakfast was nice. i appreciated the choices available. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially with directions).
the room was quite small. i felt the shower design was unpractical. also, i found that two people cannot comfortably fit in one room. (it felt a bit cramped).

the hotel's location near gran vía was very convenient. i found it easy to explore the city from there. the rooftop pool provided a relaxing space with nice views. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. it was difficult to move around comfortably with luggage. i noticed some noise during the evenings. this affected my ability to sleep well at times.

the location was fantastic, close to everything!!! the staff were really friendly and helpful. iced water and fizz on reception was a lovely touch. the pool and rooftop was amazing after a hard day sightseeing.
the bed was a little stiff, it could have been more comfortable. the restaurant menu did not appear to cater to vegetarian needs very much. mostly meat and fish was available. room service was not great either.
